Skill/Interest Profile:

• Project Management skills


• Proved track record of Fixed Time/Fixed Price project planning and management


• Previous experience managing projects in excess of $1MM in scope is required


• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying complexity, delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets


• Ability to define and ensure objective measures of complex programs and experience in tracking and assessing projects based on project plans, budgets and resources.


• Experience with off-shore delivery or working with remote teams.


• Manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project


• Rapid Iteration experience- Agile experience preferred


• PMP (or equivalent) certification is a plus


• Understanding of broad aspects of Project Management (Systems Analysis, Training, Infrastructure, Code development/testing)


• The ability to identify key influencers (on the client side) and develop a strong partnership throughout the lifecycle of the project


• Track record of demonstrating a high level of commitment to client success


• Motivated to drive excellence in service delivery, methodology and operations


• Bias and ability to partner with the client and team to problem solve


• A tolerance for ambiguity and someone who doesn’t get flustered in a fast-paced environment of continual change.

• Previous experience in a systems integrator/professional services company is preferred

Travel:

• The variety of projects, team and client interaction will allow you to build strong leading edge technical skills as well as solid business acumen and consulting expertise. Work is done at both the client location as well as our local offices. We ask that all our consultants be willing to travel up to 50% of time, while we grow our business. Travel is managed on a project by project basis and we do our best to accommodate the need and interests of our consultants in our staffing model.
